When we first moved into the Panther Creek Village Center, there were four stylists and a philosophy that emphasized precision cutting, coloring and the highest level of customer services. As The Woodlands grew, so did brian of london, now with a full-time staff of more than twenty.

Terrible experience with Nikki. Arrived for my hair color appointment on December 17th and she treated it like a consultation. She told me she didn’t have time to color my hair the way I wanted it!!! And I should reschedule for another day. This was one week before Christmas!!! I booked this appointment a month ago. Before I left the salon she already had another client in the chair with hair already washed!! Clearly, she didn’t even schedule time for my color. If you want to be treated like you and your time do not matter, go to Nikki at the truck stop called Brian of London.

Ive been coming to this salon for 25 years. As long as my grandmother has for her standing three week appointment. I only have the fondest memories. Now my daughter gets to enjoy the same ones. First with Wilma, now with Toni. Of all the states I’ve had hair done at this place is the highest on my list. Nothing but excellence and kindness from the entire staff. I’ve been going to Brian of London for about a year. They always make me feel relaxed and welcome. Nikki is my colorist and stylist and does a wonderful job. She understands what I want even if I have a difficult time explaining it. She always makes my hair look amazing. She has taken the time and care to change my hair from an awful red to a beautiful blonde. The ladies that do the hair washing have magic hands. It’s worth it to go in for just a wash. I’ve watched the other stylists work and they are all really talented. Every client leaves looking amazing.

The people who work there are nice. But would not recommend if you want bangs. The person who cut my bangs cut them embarrassingly short and they look hideous. I even told her I like my bangs below the eyebrows and she kept cutting and now they are way above the eyebrows and look extremely awful.

I had scheduled an appointment to get my hair styled and colored. I get there they refused to do my hair because they didn’t have the “time” smfh.. that’s what appointments are for… to make time for your customer.
