Brian’s style is smooth, firm, and strong with a perfect mix of both deep tissue and lighter techniques with even some stretching too. I highly recommend booking a 90 minute appointment because I feel every body part was able to get enough attention, leaving me feeling relaxed and ready for my next workout and week ahead. I felt he was very easy to communicate with before, during, and after the massage and look forward to my next appointment with him. I was suffering from Piriformis Syndrome for a couple of weeks. I had one appointment with Brian and he was so effective in working out the areas of my lower back that were contributing to the syndrome. The massage was fantastic and within days the syndrome had resolved and I was able to start running again. I’ve already made a second appointment.
