Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis hair studio is fantastic. I was there for a cut and highlights and I have fine blonde hair. People with many different hair types were there during my appointment and when they left their color and cuts looked really pretty. My appointment was with Brian and he was incredibly knowledgeable with what to do with my hair type as well as efficient. This hair studio is fantastic. I was there for a cut and highlights and I have fine blonde hair. People with many different hair types were there during my appointment and when they left their color and cuts looked really pretty. My appointment was with Brian and he was incredibly knowledgeable with what to do with my hair type as well as efficient. He is running a very nicely organized business and provides high quality hair services. I highly reccomend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe stylist at this salon have a tendency to do what they want that allows them to overcharge the customer. They don’t care about what you asked them to do for you. I went there today and asked for a “ROOT TOUCH UP” and a haircut. Brian did a balayage with his own permission. Not only my roots are still black and did not go any lighter to match the rest if my hair, he dyed my hair darker than it was before and charged me for price of a balayage. He also cut my hairs too short and sloppy. The entire cut took 2 minutes and he didn’t let the color to stay long enough. The entire process was so rushed and sloppy. Brian and other stylists there were inattentive and somehow rude, atmosphere was so dry and stylist were playing with their phones and speaking vietnamese with each other, ignoring the customer. Terrible color, terrible cut and a terrible overall experience.
