This spa is by far…hands down the best little spa I have ever visited.The beds are warmed before my visits and topped with super plush and comfy blankets, the calming music and quiet atmosphere only adds to the serenity. The staff is TOP NOTCH, Gabriel does an amazing job of spoiling me on each visit. He is friendly and fun which makes the spa experience that much better. From skin care to nail services…massages and everything in between this spa is where it’s at. I would give Gabriel 10 stars if I could. Customer for life!!!

I got the spa pedicure done by Gabriel and he was lovely and did a great job. The atmosphere of this little spa is very calm and relaxing, and Gabriel had great hospitality and made my feet look so pretty! I had the speciality champagne drink with a shot of vodka and needless to say felt wonderful

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled this spa to book some services for my birthday. They don’t answer the phone so I texted. The next day I also sent a message through their website. Now they have both my phone number and email but several days later have not bothered to contact me. VERY poor customer service.

Wish I could comment on the spa quality but I can only comment on their customer service. I did the online “contact us” messaging service where they responded the next day; not a problem. The respondent had said she will forward my info to a massage therapist, but after a full week I did not hear from one so I decided to send a follow up email to which I got no reply, but instead received a text message from one of their contracted masseuses. She texted me saying she understands I need a GC but didn’t reply to any of the following messages that allow me to purchase one from her. It has been 2 days since her first text! I am simply trying to get a GC for my mother in law for Mother’s Day as well as her birthday…which is in 2 days. Would have liked to send the GC or an email print out with her card but they are just too slow! I guess my money is no good here. I suggest better communication on your end or a more organized system between your contracted therapists/estheticians and your company to ensure no hassle booking of clients and possibly developing long term/return customers.
