I chose this Salon based on the amount of good reviews as it looked professional. I asked for a wash, trim, and blow-dry. I told the stylist that I naturally have textured hair, not straight, and that my past stylist would dry cut my hair first and then surface cut the split ends. She didn’t appear to listen as she cut my hair wet and took several inches off unevenly. She then blow-dried my hair. Halfway through the blow-dry, she asked me if my hair was curly in one spot or if that was just my natural hair. That’s when I told her again, I have textured hair and I asked if she could blow dry it straight. She didn’t know how to without using a straightener. She also said she had know idea what I meant by trimming the split ends. I asked her to try to fix the uneven hair after she said she was done. She attempted but just kind of gave up and I gave in and paid. I don’t like to be confrontational so I called later in the day to ask for a refund. I made it clear I didn’t want to come back. After playing phone tag several times, I ended up getting my hair fixed elsewhere.

Beth did such a great job! I always like 90s layered haircut but it was kinda hard for me to find a good hair salon outside Nashville(Just doesn’t wanna go to downtown unless I absolutely have to). Beth is super sweet and she makes sure she listens to what I want unlike my former hairstylists. The girl Caitlyn (Sorry I might spelled your name wrong) who washed my hair was so gentle and sweet that I almost fell asleep. The front desk lady asked me several time if I need any water or coffee while I was waiting. Overall it’s fantastic experience. Def come back for next cut 🙂

We were in town to attend a gala and I found this salon through all of the positive reviews on Google. Believe the reviews – I’m so glad we did. We could not have had a better experience! I wish I could pick this salon up and move it my city. All 3 of us had blowouts + styles and were treated like royalty by the whole staff. First off, best, most relaxing shampoo ever. And, Trevor worked miracles on my incredibly thick, difficult hair. I felt so beautiful! Highly, highly recommend!

I always forget to take before pictures!!! I never leave reviews but I literally had the best experience here. Trevor absolutely KILLED it. I’ve tried finding places to do my hair and nobody was able to give me what I truly wanted until i came here. Not to mention the overall vibes and comfort I felt going in. They all made me feel beautiful and I love Trevor. Seriously, go to Trevor.

Its not that I walked out of the salon hating my hair or anything, I just walked out with a broken bank account. The first time I went in I came for just a cut and it cost me $40 which is totally reasonable to me. Based off this pricing, a few months later I came in to have my hair colored and styled to get my roots looking a little better. Pretty basic. I was there for almost 3 full hours, and never once did my stylist tell me they were using the most expensive products they could’ve had in house on my hair. I got to counter expecting to be charged a reasonable $150-180…. THEY CHARGED ME $300. Not once was this mentioned until it was all over and done with. If I had any heads up I would’ve gone home and done it myself. I already have trust issues with salons and this just made it worse.

I had an appointment with Kendra and she did a wonderful job on my hair. I have a lot of grey but she covered the roots so well and also gave me a beautiful, blonde balayage. Taylor R is amazing. I am always so impressed with my hair leaving the salon. She takes time to listen and understand what I want done, and clarifies to make sure we’re on the same page. 10/10 experience every time. This place is amazing! The entire staff is super friendly as soon as you walk in. My hair dresser Haley is the sweetest and made me look fabulous. All the hair dressers help out one another while they have no clients. Team work at its best!
