I tried to book an appointment for a mani/pedi for 5:00. Brenda asked if I could come at 4:30. I arrived, couldn’t find it since I didn’t know there was a fire (which is very unfortunate), but she should have informed me at the time that I booked. When I arrived, they had no idea I had an appointment which I booked 2 hours prior to arriving. I waited for 50 minutes before being seen, I had to cancel my pedi since I didn’t have time for both, but honestly I didn’t want to be stuck there any longer. The place was in shambles with a make shift nail salon, music was blaring and there is no Wi-Fi available, so instead of having a relaxing experience, catching up on my Netflix, I was completely annoyed. The only reason for one star, is because the nail technician did a good job, but the over all experience was terrible. Poor business practices which makes never want to go back again.

I brought my boyfriend here for his first pedicure while on Thanksgiving break. The employees were so nice and Brenda is a sweetheart! It was a nice way to kick off the holidays. Quaint place, very reasonably priced and they do a great job! Would definitely recommend for anyone!
