Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityArlene did a mani/pedi for me this past week. Because of COVID, I have self quarantined so she had quite a challenge. She did a GREAT job. I love going into Agapanthus/Breeze and I especially like that they are following COVID guidelines to keep us safe. You can get pampered and go shopping: perfect. Also a great gift idea! What really motivated me to write a review though was the fact that not only did I get an absolutely amazing blowout, but then I was shocked to see that my hair was still completely gorgeous two days later – after sleeping on it and dealing with Florida humidity! I was disappointed that they did not have massage chairs. The chair they did have offered no back support so my back was sore when I left. The large bucket she brought out so that I could soak my feet had water in it that turned cool in a few minutes. I was not comfortable sitting with my feet in cool water. As the technician was running a file across my big toe she was sawing so hard she tore open my skin and I started to bleed. I had to ask her several times to repeat herself because I could not understand her words. Although too brief the massage was nice. This was my first visit to this salon and it will be my last.
