I highly recommend her services for annual full body exams for skin cancer detection, as well as procedures for removing any suspicious areas. Easy, non-painful, and covered by my insurance with little copay on my part.

Never again. I had two small moles removed and my bill was over $1800! You can’t speak to anyone local about billing, you have to call someone in Austin, TX. I recommend just visiting your local doc for a much more affordable visit. Just showing up to the office for an initial visit with an NP is almost $350! I have always heard dermatology is expensive, but I never thought it would cost me this much. I’m very disappointed.

Claire Mann was awesome and thorough with a full body check. Living in Summit County, it important to be annually screened for cancers, changes in skin or unusual moles. She was very kind, knowledgeable and informative. My only request is when a doctor or nurse are 35 minutes late—they would offer a sincere apology for their tardiness. As my time is valuable too.

It’s an all-girl band. They are very courteous and professional. A very nice facility. They tell you what they are doing at each step. Had to wait about 45 minutes.

Dr are great – the billing is terrible. I have been over charged and cannot get the billing dept to respond or return my money. this happened in December, it is now September and there has been no response to my inquires.
