Tracey is a long time safe injector and trainer. I went to her for my first ever lip fillers and was very happy with my results. I am now an aesthetic injector and appreciate her wealth of knowledge and her dedication to the profession. I completely trust her. With regards to the negative review – anyone who has gotten Botox before knows onset doesn’t begin until at least 3 days to see ANYTHING and full onset takes 2 full weeks. An injector like Tracey would always do right by a patient if her botox didn’t work as she values her Customers and her Name in the industry.

Another shady, medical injection “business”. If I could his it zero stars, I would. I went to Breathe Medical Aesthetics on Nov 21, for 40 units of Botox. Tracy the RN, stated she put the correct amount into my forehead, although i called the same day and the day after to notify them that I was still able to move my forehead muscles. She proceeded to say she put the “correct amount” and that she couldn’t put anymore until 7 days. Well guess what? She stated to call back in 7 days if it persists, 7 days later it’s the same thing and it’s as if I paid her $400 to inject water into my forehead. She stated for me to go back, which is 30 miles out of my way and I dont have the time to go out of my way for her to re-inject the right amount. I have pictures to prove that 7 days later, I’m still able to move my four head muscles. This is unacceptable service I paid $400 for this service and was not given the correct amount. Not to mention I received a horrible customer service call from Nancy, the admin in which I has stated I’ve had the correct botox before and she proceeded to say “why did I go there then”, because where I had It done was out of state. Poor customer service, no botox injected after paying $400, and I would ever give them my money again.
