told the lady that was doing my hair a previous horror story of ruining my hair with bleach and I wanted to use there new product that doesn’t require bleach and I also gave her pictures on some ideas she said she was gonna lighten some parts of my hair and then lighten the rest another color darker well I left with my jet black hair still jet black with white I repeat white highlights she put the bleach so long in my hair that it’s now crumbly I cried in the car I currently look like a skunk and my hair is damaged again if I could give this place a negative number I would and I will be calling the better business bureau because this is ridiculous awful
