For starters, she is completely unorganized. However, she had good reviews and I really didn’t want to make a trip into Austin. So, I made an appointment. She recommended Restalyne Silk (which I paid over $600 for). After my swelling had subsided there was absolutely NO change in my lips. I made several attempts to contact her. After I finally reached her, she explained that because my lips were naturally fuller, Restalyne Silk would be absorbed to fast and that Juvederm would be better suited for me (which if she knew that going into it why wasn’t Juvederm recommended the first time). I had asked about cost (considering I had already blown $600 on a product SHE RECOMMENDED that did absolutely NOTHING), she became very rude and stated I wasted her time? Lol She even hung up on me… I’ve seen plenty of reviews for Restalyne Silk and have had plenty of friends use the same product with which they had outstanding results. My only conslusion is that as a Nurse Practitioner, a professional, and not to mention a business owner, she should have a complete understanding of which products are better suited for which patients, and if not, then you shouldn’t be injecting peoples faces.
