It was not my first professional Brazilian however I would say this was my best experience yet ! She was very knowledgeable about all the products offered and explained aftercare thoroughly. I work in the beauty industry and found that the entire experience from start to finish was very seamless and easy to follow. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I can’t remember the name of the professional lady that provided my Brazilian wax but she is a gem. So knowledgeable and accommodating. She had curly hair dyed blue in one area. Oh my goodness she is the BEST! It was my first time waxing and she made me feel so at ease.
