The facility was very inviting, clean and organized! The employees at the front desk were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Sierra was really awesome! I felt so comfortable with her. She made me feel really relaxed through the entire process. Through our conversation I felt like we’ve known each other for a while it was such a genuine interaction and I could tell she loves what she does! It’s been almost 12 years since I’ve had a Brazilian Wax so I was nervous but her professionalism and calm demeanor instantly eased any reserve I was having at that time. Not only was the experience an awesome one but her work speaks for itself!!! My skin not only looks amazing after the wax but it feels amazing!!! When I say she GOT EVERYTHING…. she GOT EVERYTHING. Not one single hair left behind and I love it! Thanks Sierra!!!!!

Sierra was absolutely phenomenal!! I specifically made an appointment with her after reading so many of her positive reviews and I’m so glad I did. She made me feel completely comfortable and we talked through my entire service which made it go by super fast. I’ll be coming back to her for sure!! The facility was very welcoming, clean, and organized and the prices were great compared to other chains. A great experience for sure!!!!

First time Getting this done I felt nervous my specialist (Sacharía) that attended me was very professional and guided me through our the process which relaxed me and put me at ease the work came out great no irritation on my skin. The place is well kept up , sanitized restroom and private room, clean atmosphere, great customer service, and the music was upbeat but relaxing.

I’ve been coming to Brazils for quite some time now. Before my first visit, I read reviews and many people said Sierra was the best. All I can say is Sierra is indeed THE BEST. Every single time I’ve come in she’s made me feel comfortable and confident. I could seriously go on and on about how amazing Sierra is. She deserves the biggest raise possible. Loved my experience will definitely be back! check in process was simple and reasonably priced services. Making an appointment completely online was very easy and convenient, they have the prices clearly stated as you are making the appointment which I thought that was great. Sacharie was amazing very communicative of the process and made me feel super comfortable from start to end.

HORRIBLE. The young lady with red hair complained about wanting to leave early, not liking her job, and TEXTING WITH HER GLOVES ON WHILE WAXING ME. She applied the wax way too hot, I told her to wait before applying. Then she left it on too long and it was really painful to pull off. Very amateur, unsanitary and unprofessional. This place should be shut down until staff can be training and licensed properly. That was my first and LAST time visiting. End result: patches of hair remaining, bumps
