Was able to make an appointment with little wait. Receptionist was super friendly. The facility appeared to be under renovation- which was odd. Waxpert did not provide the quality service that other waxperts, in the area, provide. Left with less hair, skin, and added irritation to the area- even though I disclosed having sensitive skin. Will not be returning and would not recommend for first time Waxees.
