I’ve been getting waxed here for 3 years consistently. Today I was 11 minutes late for my appointment. I called twice after they opened at 10am which was my appointment time. No one answered the phone. I get there 10:11am and my wax lady is doing someone else. Apparently, they gave away my appointment bc I was 11 min late. The grace period is 10 min and in 1 min you not only took another person but started their wax as well. Lies. They gave away my appointment way before the grace period was up and greatly inconvenienced me. Fabi is the only person worth going to as she is gentle and quick. If she was not there I would never come back bc the customer service sucks too!
