I want to give Amber 5 stars! My 3 stars are just for the handling of opening the doors. I am a believer in you should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. They open at 10 am and my appointment was 10 am. It was very cold and windy this day. I was there at 9:45. Sat in my truck till 5 or 6 minutes till. I saw the front desk girl in there getting thing ready before I walked up. I tried the door and it was locked. The girl saw me there and walked to the back. She walked back and forth a few times and waited to unlock the door at 10am. Did I mention it was cold and windy? I was put in my room at 10:06 am. Why start the waxers day off behind?!? When I checked out with said front desk girl she was nice. Just wish she was nice when I was outside freezing! I will go back as I have been going here for 6 years.

Getting wax no matter what and where is never fun but when you have a pleasant, smiling, and kind esthetician you’re in good hands. Jamesia was just that! After not having a wax in so long she was understanding and made my waxing experience less about the pain but more just that—the experience and self care! Franklin location may just be my new home! I’ve never gone wrong with any Brazilian Wax Studio. Also, honorable mention I was running a few minutes behind, got lost, and the voice on the other end of the phone was still pleasant and understanding. Thanks for the great service!

Today was my first experience getting a wax. I’m 6 months pregnant and was nervous but this place is amazing! Being pregnant I wasnt sure how well it would go, but they are willing to provide extra pillows or do different positions to make you as comfortable as possible. I was a walk in and they got me in and out in under 30 minutes. I got a full Brazilian and already scheduled my follow up appointment I will definitely be coming back. Everyone is very professional, nice, educated, and very helpful. Thank you so much and I will see you again in a month!

Today was my first visit. I am extremely happy with the results and the all around experience. I will never go anywhere else. My eyebrows have never looked this wonderful ! Extremely Disappointed! The co-owner Larissa is unprofessional in the way she handles issues. Her staff caused an injury when waxing and created extreme bleeding down there, and unfortunately Larissa completely denied the issue and was completely unempathetic towards their errors. I was hurt to find that a Christian studio would respond in this manner. HER BEHAVIOR DOESN’T REFLECT CHRISTIAN VALUES AT ALL!

This was first waxing experience! The place was very well kept and had great staff! I got a bikini wax done by Madeline, she was such a sweet heart and made the experience great! She even gave me awesome advice on esthetician school since I plan on going! So thankful for her making me feel great and comfortable through out the appointment! 10/10 recommend!
