I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years, tip 20% or more every single time, but just cannot continue to use this business because of the poor service. The receptionist is very rude and they are not accommodating. Wait time is always 20 to 30 minutes after your appointment time but if you show up 5 minutes after your appointment time, they cancel you. Marcy and staff are sweet, there are just too many other places to go to deal with these issues.

This is a late review but still relivent. I had been going to Marci for over a year. The last time I went the older woman at the front desk said that she canceled my appointment due to me not returning her call to confirm. No voicemail left or texts sent. Now, when you schedule your appointment you are required to make a deposit to SECURE your appointment. It was also not listed on any of the polices on the wall or on the site that if you do not verbally confirm the appointment will be canceled(please note this was a few months ago, they may have updated since). When I brought my points to her attention she said that my voicemail was full and she was not going to argue with me. Luckily,Marci came out and said she would have someone service me soon.

Could have been better,more personable seemed a little rushed this was my first time here and it was just okay ..I was confused on how the deposit worked it wasn’t explained to me before or after the appt so I was charged $30 to secure the appt 2 days before then $60 the appt day they didn’t discuss any pricing (i had taken a picture of the menu that was on the desk )she completely waxed me bald it’s okay now but being a 36 yr old plus size woman I would have preferred something else besides the prepubesient look I waited in the room naked no towel or robe (I covered myself with my panties) she came in and immediately began waxing i like pain so the hot wax and the snatch off was not bad a little small chatter here or there wam bam thank you ma’am that was it to be honest I don’t think I will go back to this particular one because I’ve heard good things about it from ppl who may go to the one in Hoover ♀️ idk

Fantastic spot for waxing. They fill up quickly in the summer so book early to make sure you get an appointment. Prices are super reasonable and I recommend the Brazilian or full body special. They do sugaring which is THE best!!! I have not been to a waxing place that uses sugaring for at least ten years. It’s less painful and better for your skin. They take a 50% deposit in the event you cancel too late or no show.

I have been going to this spa since I was in 9th grade and now I’m 22. The service is unmatched in my opinion. And believe you me when you walk in you can see that just all about all their clientele are return customers. Kind, clean, and very respectful ladies! Special praises to Marci as an excellent business owner and for always innovating and renewing her spas to be better and of quality.

I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for over 20 years and this was the most painful and uncomfortable experience. I appreciate the ambiance and Anna was nice, however the soft wax they use is a mess and painful! Ruined my nails and a very nice pair of jeans.
