I’ve been using Jamie here for several months now and I absolutely love her! The entire staff treats me like family every time I come in. They are so nice, and the entire business is clean and professional. I would 10/10 Recommend over and over again. I’ve always been hesitant about getting a Brazilian, but after reading reviews for this place I had to try it out and I’m so glad I did ! I drive 45 minutes just to come here and it’s so worth it. Jamie is always professional and personable.

Can’t rave enough about how wonderful this place is. I have been coming here for almost 3 years now! I went to Jamie for my first ever brazilian wax and had the best time! Jamie is very knowledgeable and gave excellent aftercare instructions. Jamie was also very considerate of my pregnancy and offered to start with a bikini wax depending on how I felt. I won’t say it was a painless process, but since I was able to tolerate the waxing well we went for the full brazilian. I’ve already scheduled my 7 week appointment with Jamie and look forward to becoming a regular 🙂

I first walked into Brazilian Wax of Pensacola after a good friend recommended them. I was apprehensive because I hadn’t been waxed for several years (moving, childbirth, etc.) but from the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and put at ease by the friendly smiles of the team and the genuine caring showed me during my entire two-hour visit. As I waited in the reception room, I couldn’t help but notice how happy everyone looked as they came out of their treatment. The owner Sandy and the whole team of incredibly experienced estheticians–Jamie, Angela, Leti, Angelica, Dorina–put their heart into their work in a way that I haven’t seen in any of the salons I’ve been to all over the world. Ever. There’s a reason clients drive here from Alabama, Georgia and all over the Florida Panhandle! My own waxing experience with Leti was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep, LOL! And I was really, really happy with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend any of these amazing professionals for any waxing services needed. It feels good to take time for ourselves. And it feels good to support small businesses who genuinely care about their customers. Thanks Sandy and the Team, y’all know I’ll be back soon! 😉

From calling and making my 1st time EVER appt. & then meeting Jamie, who is AMAZING, her vibes are GREAT & she’s GREAT @ what she’s doing! I was SO scared & SO SHY, (I’ll always be for a bikini / Brazilian waxing lol) & she was so chill & helped me w everything❣️ I actually wasn’t able to have anything done @ my 1st visit because no hair was long enough, (& I thought I was coming in like a Gorilla, lol) by the 2nd visit, she was like…awesome, lets go! She did my underarms 1st… which was a great starter, ( As I’d never had that done either) it was so quick & she applied something quickly after that was VERY soothing! (She gave me a sample for sure before I left & they do sell it right there in their cute shop too ) Then because I still wasn’t long enough for a full Brazilian Wax, I said do whatever you can and she did a neat upside-down triangle, which was the area still not quite long enough & the rest was all waxed So I’m going to see her again & see what we’ll do next 😉 She’s easy-going, (ALL the staff are!! It’s SO REFRESHING to turn left / right & they’re genuinely sweet♡ a VERY peaceful environment!! I’d recommend this to anyone & don’t normally even write my opinions on anything…but as a women, I feel it’s my tiny duty/ good deed to let other women know what a great place we have to go to here in Pensacola!! OH! I didn’t mean to exclude the men☺️… a manicured man is AWESOME !!

Went to 2 different waxers a few times for Brazilians & really tried to give this place a shot but overall im just disappointed. Each time I’ve gone, I’m left with hair that was missed (and not just little stragglers). One of the waxers I went to is very sweet & makes u feel comfortable, but does not get all the hair. (I’ve also been getting waxes for a while before coming to this place so its not my first experience w waxes). However the other waxer, was very disappointing. The first time I went to her, I really liked her, however my last wax I had was w her & was not satisfied w the service. She did my entire Brazilian with Soft Wax (which is usually not recommended due to the area being sensitive), and not one time did she apply pressure onto the skin after the wax strip was ripped off which was quite painful. The entire time it felt quite awkward & had to do most of the initiating on talking so we weren’t sitting awkwardly in silence. Maybe it was an off day but it was very off-putting & will not be coming back. I really tried to give this place a chance but I feel like I’m wasting money for a service that isn’t being properly completed.
