Great Environment! Every time I have an appointment with Patricia, she is always on time, and always with a beautiful smile on her face, if I’m having a bad day, it changes instantly. Her room is very clean, and pleasant. She is very professional and at the same time she makes me feel like family. Even though sometimes I take forever to come back, which makes the hair very think and strong, she makes sure it doesn’t hurt as much by being very patient and very caring! I booked an appointment and was 10 mins late. I asked the receptionist if they would still take me, she said she would ask the wax specialist (I would’ve understood if they couldn’t). They did accept me but apparently talked poorly about me while I was in the room…my daughter was in the waiting room and overheard the receptionist and the wax specialist with rainbow hair speak rudely and had an attitude about serving me. The wax specialist that helped me was great which is the only reason this is 2 stars.
