I love this place. I was skeptical about going here or anywhere for that matter. But Bianca made my first experience 5 years ago the best ever. I explained to her my situation and concern and still to this day, she is considerate of my needs. Her humble demeanor is what I admire the most. She is always calm and laid back no matter the situation. I have seen many employees start and leave the facility, but Bianca is the best and the only person I will allow to conduct my waxing services. I highly recommend Bianca for your waxing needs.

I went for the first time yesterday for a Brazilian and was not pleased at all to say the least. The lobby looks nice but when you go back to the rooms, you can barely turn around; they look cheap and dingy. I had an appointment at 12 and had to wait 36 minutes to be taken back by my esthetician, let alone be serviced. She started with the lips instead of working from outer to inner and didn’t even let the wax cool down a little bit before applying so it burned. She never asked me if what she was doing was comfortable with me or if I was okay throughout the process. Waxing hurts so I feel like you should be checking to make sure I’m good or if I need a breather before you just start ripping wax strips off. She barley let the wax dry before pulling so the wax didn’t come off on the first pull and she just kept pulling at my skin trying to get it off. Also after pulling off the strip she wouldn’t apply pressure with her other hand on the area to make it more bearable. And last but not least, she didn’t hold my skin taut while pulling off the wax causing me to bruise up. Oh and I still had wax all over my area when she finished. After the long wait I had already made up my mind I was never coming back, but the terrible service was just the icing on the cake. Never coming back again!
