WORST WAX EVER!! I had Herimone and I still had tons of hair left over. She claimed it was “stubborn hair” and would eventually fall off once I showered ! Which was FALSE. Being as though it was my first time and didn’t know better, she never explained any aftercare steps, she never walked me through the process OR applied any type of pre- or after treatment. She had so much wax left over on my skin my undergarments were STICKING to it. I was literally bleeding during and hours after my appointment. I’ve had other waxes after which were very smooth sailing and easy to get through. As a beginner waxer she definitely took advantage of my lack of knowledge. It was SOO cold in the room I was literally shivering on the table . You can tell she is not very experienced and rushed through the process. I had to go home and shave after my appointment due to all the hair she left behind.This is by far the worst wax place you can go to especially if you are a woman of color!!

Maggie was the absolute best!!! She was sweet and personable and I really appreciated it. She made sure I was comfortable and she took her time performing my wax. It was a mess down there however I’m leaving like a new woman all Thanks to Maggie. Thank You so much. The front desk staff was great as well. This business has awesome customer service. GO SEE KIMBERLY!! I just had my second Brazilian and underarm wax and I can’t recommend her enough! I was terrified of being so “exposed” but she made me feel so at ease and comfortable.
