Went in for my usual Brazilian wax and I’ve been going a little over a year but each time I go I have to get someone new..I really liked the last lady but she just recently left they can’t seem to keep anyone for long periods of time. However the young lady I had today is very nice professional and thorough but she over did it today. She waxed too close to the side of my lip and when ripped the wax off it started to bleed I’m still in some pain from it I hadn’t been in a while so thought it was normal feeling until I used the restroom and the burning pain was excruciating had my husband take a pic of it and sure enough she went to close to that area and pulled my skin along with hair…anyway I won’t be returning and hopefully I feel better tomorrow

I tried to book a simple lip wax (15 minutes) online. The website showed many openings and I received a confirmation. I showed up for my appointment and was told they only had 1 waxer, who was booked all day. The front desk receptionist told me she called me twice, but I didn’t have a single missed call. Needless to say, I went out of my way for nothing. I’ll never go back and would recommend Euopean Wax Center across the parking lot who squeezed me in within 15 minutes notice and was so much nicer and welcoming.

I just got waxed here. Lip and chin by someone who is not my usual and never again . When i got in my car , I saw how much hair she left , I’m going to have to re wax myself . What was the point of spending money ?

For my very first waxing EVER the person waxing me was so helpful in making me feel comfortable. I accidentally booked with a different person for my next appointment since their names are the same but I’m not disappointed. She’s currently my “go-to” &shes been great! I definitely would not recommend this place to any of my friends/family. While the experience with the person I had was amazing, I left still having hair in certain spots, I ended up with a scar on me and was sore for 3 days. I found out that they make their wax, which is perfectly fine, but every pull caused the wax to break apart, so she had to keep reapplying. I was there for over an hour and left in pain. I definitely will not be going back.

This is the worst waxing place i have ever been to. I had an appointment at 10:30 i came 10 minutes early. I waited 40 minutes before they took care of me. There was no other customers there if i hadnt complained i wouldve waited longer. The session felt like the wax lady was retaliating against me because i complained that i waited?! (I wasn’t being rude i said i just want to cancel but one of them insisted of waxing me) the wax lady made my wax very painful the wax pulled and ripped some of my skin. I’ve had brazilian wax many times in my life and i have never had this happened to me before. I will see what legal avenues i can pursue against this business. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and I’ll be sure to let everyone in my circle know.

I used to come here all the time because of the cheap prices but tbh everytime I would get waxed I would have to go home and pluck because there would always be hair left behind and I’m not talking just a little bit of hair , A-LOT of hair! Then last time I checked the prices went up $10 definitely not worth it ! , so ladies please find you somewhere else to get waxed!
