I had an Appt set for Saturday, note it is my first time so I’m super nervous. Kaylee calls me an hour before to inform me it was going to be an extra 15$ cause now she has to wax me as well. I wanted a lighting treatment, no where on the website does it say I have to get waxed I literally just shaved that morning and it will be now 40$ instead of the 25$ I thought I was going to pay. I explained that to Kaylee and she said it does not matter it’s going to be an extra 15$ so I can cancel if I want to but she can not waive it for me. I was taken away by her tone and how unprofessional the whole situation has turned out. You don’t call someone 1hr before to tell them you’re charging them more money cause she’s been too busy to call me sooner and if I don’t like it, oh well just cancel the Appt I planned my weekend around. I’m in customer service and it was about the money it’s about respect. They need to add the extra charge to the website and if they don’t then they should waive it when asked. They also need to be professional and not tell someone if they don’t like it well jut cancel your appointment that is bad business.

Her energy is awesome and she definitely gives good vibes while waxing – good laughs too! Kayle made sure I knew everything about waxing and how to properly care for it afterwards.
