I’ve never had a bad wax anywhere and this place was no exception. What amazed me was the customer service. I’m a big believer in “the customer’s always right, except when they’re dead wrong” and I was dead wrong. I’d accidentally gone to a different location than the one I’d booked at, but they were kind enough to pencil me in and cancel my existing appointment with no extra charge. Will definitely be returning.

I had a Brazilian wax done here, it was really quick, probably the last painful wax I have ever had, but the waxer didn’t wear gloves. I didn’t notice until the end when she went to put the lotion on me. Even if she only took her gloves off to do the lotion, yuck. I was also not given any sort of sheet to cover myself up while I waited for the waxer to come back into the room after undressing, and was on the table only in a bra as I was doing an underarm wax as well. Certainly made it more awkward for me. While she got all the hair for the Brazilian, the underarm wax didn’t really get everything.

Jamaica provided excellent service & made the process as comfortable as possible. I have had less pleasant sessions at European Wax Center and I would return here and not there. The atmosphere is not very curated and the table was difficult to get onto because it was up very high and apparently not adjustable.
