I scheduled an appointment August 3 for August 31 @9:30am. I received a text message August 3rd with the appointment time being 9:30. August 30 at 10:06am I received a text messages saying my appointment was for 9:00am didn’t respond to confirm anything. August 31@ 7:33am received the same text I responded stating my appointment wasn’t until 9:30am. And when I scheduled my appointment I made it with Roneka. August 31 came to the establishment and the front desk receptionist stated my appointment time was at 9 o’clock and not 9:30 as well as my appointment not being with Roneka. I have a text message to confirm my appointment time. This is unacceptable when I made my appointment at a certain time with a particular person. If anything changed why wait until the day before to change my time without my agreement or without me confirming anything. Than was told it’s only one person working until 3pm and if I like I can go to the other location which is an inconvenience to me. This location probably been open for two months but needs to get better with customer service

The staff was friendly and professional and really patient with me even though I was running late and was super awkward because it was my first time getting waxed in a while. The service was excellent and fast and I m very impressed.
