The process was actually very quick and less painful than waxing. We chatted the entire time and it was a good distraction and conversation was great. I rarely leave reviews but this was the best sugaring experience I’ve ever had. I believe I had Irana? Whoever does the sugaring. She was so sweet and talked with me the whole time which helped not think about the pain so much but on top of that her technique in general was also the least painful I’ve experienced. I used to go here for a few years and it used to be amazing. From what I saw in the past year it seems ownership/management may have changed and all of a sudden there was extremely high staff turnover. It was disappointing because I had already had my certain ladies that I trusted to do my wax. I hated booking appointments not knowing what to expect (before everyone had the same technique- I knew what to expect but that wasn’t the case anymore). The last straw was I noticed I’d book with a certain person and they’d change it without my knowledge. It was a good run but I’ve since decided to take my business elsewhere.
