In the 2 years that I have been getting waxed, I never felt uncomfortable with my services until 9/30/2022. I understand that yall like to make conversation during the wax to take our mind off of it, but Sarah was doing to much. Smoooooooooth Yep! Smooth!!! This was my first bikini wax with Brazilian Wax and Spa By Claudia. The experience was great. The technician escorted me to my room and stepped out to allow me to get ready. Some other wax locations do not do that. I tried getting waxed here three times. The first time was okay except for a few patches of hair she missed. The second time, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and she was not professional. (This was a different lady than the first time I came). She left a huge strip of hair not waxed. The third time, I sat for 30 minutes past my appointment time and was still not seen. After 30 minutes, I asked how much longer it might be. She told me that the girl I had an appointment with came in late and added an extra appointment before mine so she couldn’t tell me how long. The girl working the front desk was very nice about it but I should have been told that upfront. I had somewhere to be so I had to walk out without getting waxed after waiting for 30 minutes. Overall terrible service and unprofessional staff. I normally don’t leave reviews anywhere but thought it was necessary this time.

I came in today first let me say the young lady who did mines was very nice that’s why I’m giving 2 stars. But it was very painful it seemed like the waxing was never going to stop more than what I’m used to. And on top of that it’s still hairs left on me and small pieces of wax was left on me as well I had to pick several pieces off. I’m going to try one more time with another person I’m a regular in North Charleston but tried this one bc I live In Summerville and it isvery close. I hope they get it right next time

Bray is amazing! I’m a very happy client and have been one for years. Moved away for a few year and came back and was so happy to see Bray was still with the company. Staff is pleasant and friendly and facilities are well kept and very clean. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
