Gisele has been my family’s hairstylist for I guess a little over 10 years now- my mother, aunt and sister also get their hair done by her.She has actually become a wonderful and dear friend! I can say with much certainty she is professional, accommodating, trustworthy, attentive to details, punctual and super quick which is the best part of the salon experience for me. I mean, don’t get me wrong. Just because she’s quick doesn’t mean she does a careless job… it’s quite the contrary! I have no complaints and I always give out referrals. She has worked so hard and tirelessly to get to where she is today and she is deserving of every minute of it! Actually, to this day she still works hard. I think she has come so far professionally from back when we met to now, and there’s always more room to grow… that’s what she always tells me. She’s always learning because she absolutely loves her work and she wants to be the best she can be for her clients, because as she puts it… they all deserve it!Gisele holds a very special place in my heart and I appreciate her and the entire team so much! I have nothing but great things to say about Gisele and her team. Gisele has been my family’s hairstylist for I guess a little over 10 years now- my mother, aunt and sister also get their hair done by her.

Critical: QualityI came here after looking at mostly good reviews for a bleaching. After my appointment though I realized my hair was close to fried. It’s rough and splitting. It’s not my own fault since I wash with all natural color safe shampoo and conditioner. This is unacceptable that they did this to my, before: healthy hair, and then let me walk out knowing how bad they messed up. The “stylist” Giselle is responsible for absolutely destroying my once healthy hair. I’ve spent so long growing out and making sure my hair was healthy so this wouldn’t happen. You can bleach hair without killing it but apparently Giselle is unaware of this. I came here after looking at mostly good reviews for a bleaching. After my appointment though I realized my hair was close to fried. It’s rough and splitting. It’s not my own fault since I wash with all natural color safe shampoo and conditioner.
