Unprofessional business. First time booking, selected the incorrect slot as there was no slot for couples massage per error on the website. The appointment was canceled without first someone reaching out to clarify details and never was I notified until I went in to check details the day of the massage. Owner was not accommodating, did not find a solution to the problem created by poor customer service.
