Everything was going well until I saw the end result of my hair color. It didn’t turn out the way I intended. I picked a dark violet and I told her I wanted to KEEP my hair a dark color and it ended up a LIGHT reddish brown color. What makes me more upset is she kept telling me “When you see it in the sunlight/light you will be able to see the violet color more, and because you wanted a dark color in your hair that’s why it looks the way it does right now” I was confused by that statement because when I first turned around I instantly noticed my hair was lighter and reddish brown. I put my head/hair in the light all I could see is reddish light brown hair………not a pinch of dark, not a pinch of violet.
