Jacqui is the literal BEST!! She is so knowledgeable & can honestly answer any questions or concerns you could have when it comes to your skin. Scheduled an appointment on 11/11 for 11/26. Booked online and saw nothing about a photo release. I got the photo release in an email 23 hours prior to my appointment, now keep in mind canceling less than 24 hours forfeits your deposit. Having photos taken during a Brazilian makes me very uncomfortable. Jacqui and I spoke on the phone, she explained it was optional for the photos and she was very pleasant but I have decided not to do my waxing services here. Had I known about the photo release or possibility of photos, I would not have scheduled or I would have canceled well within my time frame to get my deposit returned.
