Went in a few weeks back to get a Brazilian done and I understood I was coming in late and the person who was doing my wax may have been tired but when everything was said and done and I tipped pretty decently I go home to discover the job wasn’t completely finished, and I didn’t make a fuss about it but it’s a bummer paying and tipping and the job isn’t done all the way.

I came by and got a wax by Rosangela. She was super nice! The only down side is when I came home and was able to see the area after the wax, there was still a lot of patches of hair that she missed left over that I had to take care of. I was pretty bummed out as I was really excited for my first wax experience. I tipped well and everything since she did a service however I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I got a smoother feel just shaving in my own space. Overall the experience was okay.

Really clean, very friendly staff. Make sure you book online bc they are crazy busy. The girls chat with you while you’re getting waxed to take your mind off it. The only con is sometimes I do notice missed spots and it’s a very quick session, with not too much attention to detail.

She was the sweetest person and made the process go by so quick. She talks to you while she does the waxing as well. Rosangela is so gentle and she got me to start doing chocolate waxes which I absolutely love now! She’s also good with after care too! Highly recommend scheduling a waxing with her !
