‼️‼️Beware of this salon/stylist!!‼️‼️The woman who did my hair was Michelle Claiborne. I have the text and photos to validate this review! The moment I stepped out of her chair, my curls fell immediately! I touched and ran my fingers through the hair and it felt fine. Of course quality is more so determined when products are applied and styling tools used. I went back 2 days later to have her correct it because her styling tools didn’t straighten my leave-out – HAIR DID NOT TAKE to ANYTHING!! Once I requested my refund for the hair, I received the text of how I’d be cursed, etc. Oh did I mention she used Pinterest photos on her StyleSeat? That should’ve been a red flag enough but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. If only I could post these screenshots of what was sent after I requested my refund for the hair! Again, the stylist is Michele Claiborne, do NOT I repeat do NOT do business with this stylist.

Love this hair salon. Very clean and professional!! I loved my sew in. It look very natural. I got so many compliments and I have an appointment for next hair style. I have never had a sew in look so natural and last for so long. The hair stylists take their time. They make sure you are satisfied. This is now my permanent hair stylist. You will not be disappointed. Great Prices, very friendly, and will work with you when it comes to scheduling. It’s the best salon I’ve been too!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOwner struggles with punctuality she was running an hour late for my appointment and had scheduled two appointments simultaneously which resulted in both of us staying for a total of 8 hrs each. The shop was not clean nor was it appealing, the equipment in the shop is in disrepair, the hair dryer fell (as it was being used) thank god she has a rubber band to fix it. There is no level of customer service. When I asked for water she directed me to the store, I was very grateful it was open or I would’ve dehydrated during my 8 hour appointment for a sew in. It’s no small coincidence that she appropriated the photos of my favorite “Instagram influencers” to showcase her “WORK”. I loved my Sew Inn& Bundles, very reasonable prices and good quality. And the fact that I didn’t have to wait, I was in the chair as soon as I arrived. Beautiful Salon!! Will definitely be going back!
