The young lady with orangish hair who worked up front took care of me and went through the whole process with me with it being my first time , she held funny and great conversations to keep me distracted and also gave me great suggestions on helping with my ingrown hairs ! I used EVA to get my lip waxed and she did a GREAT job. AND no rash!! I have been to many different salons for face and body wax. I have used ones that use wax with strips of material and ones that have dark blue wax. I always got a rash on my face afterward that lasted for days. I even tried threading and got a rash from that. This place was great, no rash, no red face! I will use them from now on!!

I feel conflicted about my service. As someone who has never been professionally waxed I decided to try out this place by recommendation. I decided to do a full body wax which included upper lip, underarms, legs, and a Brazilian. While this place was professional in their service in waxing I did not like their communication. I scheduled over a week in advance and showed up on time but my waxer still made me feel ashamed with their urgency, stern commands, and rushed waxing which definitely shows. Attention to details were not met in my eyes as not only was there a full area on my upper thigh that was neglected in waxing but when I went home to shower I was still covered in wax residue in places you do not want leftover wax. Aftercare was minimal as she seemed rushed so she instructed me to apply some oil at the end of the service which I deemed unhygienic. I’m satisfied that most of my hair was removed but these lack to details make me hesitant to try this place again. As someone who likes to talk through getting any kind of service or procedures done, my waxer was very stale in communication so be aware you will not be treated with comforting words if that is the type of experience you are looking for.
