I am new in town and was calling around for balyage services. One place was booked out a month in advance, which was not conducive to my schedule. I was in Tricia Bender’s seat within a week. I have thick hair, and Tricia took her time to make sure that my hair was done correctly. She was genuinely nice and was very personable the entire visit, and listened to what I wanted. The results were outstanding! The attached picture does not do her work justice. Coming from the east coast, to receive the quality and amount of work that I received from Tricia, I was prepared to pay double what I was charged. I am exceedingly happy and will be back.

I was able to get in this salon with only a short notice. Fay did and amazing job cutting my hair. She was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as the other stylists who I spoke with. The atmosphere was cool and collect. Pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely continue with this salon. Thank you Fay for working me into your schedule, and thank you for the phenomenal cut!! I absolutely love it, so does my husband!! Can’t wait to get in to have it colored!!

I have to say the customer service here is superior. They are super friendly & the receptionist will get you anything you may need. My stylist was Janet, she did everything I asked of her with no hesitation. She’s super smart & a very qualified color technician. They also have a great selection of hair products as well. Go see them!

Called to get a cut before my upcoming conference and the person who answered was not very helpful. I tried to book an appointment online for later in the day after I was off work and their website is not user friendly. I’m a marketing executive and user experience is big for me. with the difficulty in booking and unhelpful phone call I will not be using this salon.

I just moved to the Texas area and was looking for a new stylist. Fe was able to get me in last minute for a color, highlights and a cut. She did an absolutely gorgeous job with my hair. As a natural redhead I worry about people screwing up my hair but I told Fe what I was looking for and her suggestions were great. I will definitely be going back to her regularly. Critical: QualityI really had high hope going into getting my hair done here the stylist was very sweet so pls know my review is merely on the work she did! I didn’t even get close to what I had asked for and before hand I sent a picture of what I wanted which was a partial highlight.I asked before hand how much everything would cost so I could take enough money with me and I was told 150 but when I got there and she started I was telling her I just wanted my hair trimmed I was also told the 150 didn’t cover the hair cut and that was disappointing! But as I stated my hair came out nothing how I wanted! Told the stylist very specifically that I wanted a WASH AND GO style. I do not use hair dryers or straighteners regularly. She then proceeded to give me a cut that requires blow drying and straightening to make look decent, ignoring the natural pattern of my wavy hair. Why ask what the customer wants if you’re just going to do your own thing? Three stars because the cut is cute but not what I asked for.
