I can’t remember who did my hair, was a man. Very, very nice staff however, absolutely not what I asked for. Cut three inches off after asking for a “trim”. Asked for bayalage which I have had many times before; bleach was left on so long that my hair was fried and broke a ton after. I even asked; why is the bleach staying on so long? I asked for ash BROWN (not blonde) and showed pictures and essentially he dyed my hair blonde. Left the toner on for about two seconds. Waited three days to get it wet and instantly after a single wash, my hair was shock yellow. Did not ask for a money penny/ told him I wanted it to look natural and he did a huge money penny in the front so that I looked like a skunk with my hair tied back. Tried to reach out to the manager who then called me back when I was literally about to have brain surgery. Attempted emailing after my recovery and no response from them. If you want to feel listened to or want natural looking hair…. Do not go here. I would never ever come back to this salon and still feel that I should be refunded as the services were inferior and absolutely not what I asked for. I ended up paying another 100 at a different salon to have it toned down and a third hair appt to fix the damage that was done. Poor service and communication.

Prices gave gone up since I went last year but so so has everything everywhere else. Wash, cut and style was still reasonable considering I let my hair get kind of long with no style. To some it may be a little high, but I say about average. They are following protocols to keep their customers safe and protected. Not as strict but they are still asking that masks be worn. Yhe stylist I had Bern going to is no longer there, but Jamie did a fantastic job with no extra snipping afterwards to get a look I liked.

I took my 10 year old daughter to get layers and her bangs trimmed and it cost $68. It is completely my fault for not asking before the work was done but I never expected it to be $68, that is completely crazy! Haircut

I had him cut, color with high and low lights, perform an intensive remoisturizing treatment, and blow out and style my hair. I hate leaving bad reviews but I went in to get my hair done for a pageant last Sunday. I showed the stylist what I wanted and she turned me around and started curling. When she turned me back around I was disappointed, but left because I was on a tight schedule and needed to make my makeup appointment.
