I came here after another salon completely botched the beachy waves I wanted for my wedding day. My now-husband and I traveled a long way from another state, so I was unfamiliar with the salons in the area. After the horrible experience at the other salon in which the hairstylist insulted my hair, took forever to do a simple style, ignored what I wanted and did what she wanted instead, and over-charged us for something I didn’t ask for at all, I thought it would be worth a try to call Bravo Salon to see if they could fix it. Luckily, Alyssa answered the phone and was able to squeeze me in last minute!
