This is my first time coming to this place and honestly everyone hyped it up for me making me think that this place was gonna be amazing, WRONG. The worst and I mean worst experience I have ever encountered at a nail salon, never have I ever been treated to disrespectfully by any nail tech I had Jason and from the beginning he threw some napkins at me to wipe my hands bc they were sweaty first he could’ve told me in a way nicer way but now he had a very nasty attitude, then as he’s doing them he aggressively told me again wipe your hands, and him telling me that was making me more uncomfortable that it was making me sweat out of being nervous now. Later on when I used the hand he wasn’t working on at the moment he aggressively told me don’t used that phone with that hand you’re gonna mess up my work when it was all dried since it was gel but first and last I will ever come if I could give this place 0/5 I definitely would.

Rude and no manners. First, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Once I was finally able to tell them I wanted a pedicure, I just stood there not knowing who or if I was going to be helped. THEN once an older “white” woman comes in, she’s greeted immediately and asked she would like done. I’ve never experienced passive aggressive racism like this ever before. I walked out because I will not spend my money somewhere I don’t feel welcomed. Do what you want with that…
