At first I wasn’t as pleased because I did not care for the smell of the spray tan so I requested to get a refund for my VIP membership. But after speaking with the owner he offered me an option of either getting a refund minus the single tan or canceling any future charges. I decided to just go ahead and continue the rest of the month and cancel future charges. Since the owner could sense my displeasure with the overall experience he went out of his way to add a lotion package along with a red light package as well. This is beyond my expectation because I was really interested in trying the red light tanning but hadn’t got a chance to so I was more than thrilled to see that not only was the owner taking care of me by doing that for me but giving me extra lotions along with a whole other package wow that is something you just don’t get anywhere. Definitely a five-star tanning place with amazing products as well. Highly recommend it Great staff too! I absolutely love the girl that works in the evening she’s such a sweetheart!

Branson Perfect Tan was perfect! I’m an out of towner but was made to feel like I wasn’t! Thank you for the excellent service. And very reasonable prices as well and to add even more I received an upgrade on one of my tans. Jerry you are great at customer service! No complaints here!! The beds are nice and clean and you get great color but they make sure you don’t burn either. Win win!
