Very bad experience. We had an appointment for 2pm, arrived on time and were rescheduled without our knowledge to 3pm. There is no privacy for changing into robes, we were told to change in the public hallway upstairs. The other people in our party had 2 pedicures which somehow took TWO HOURS to do and the parafin wax used was so hot both people had their feet burned. The staff seemed confused and did not communicate with us throughout the process. They also double charged us, once online then again in person. Do not recommend.

Deb burnt my feet with scalding hot paraffin wax. It took about 2 days for them to feel normal. The spa was not interested in the fact that the wax temperature was too high

I had on some false nails, and they were not equipped to take them off. Being that one of the nails was broken and all of the nails were in need of a fill (badly!) she decided to cut/file the rest of my nails down to match the broken one, then for a fill, she decided to do the outdated way of doing extensions. She put this glue on them, and then added what I believe was acrylic powder onto them. Even with 3 coats, it was not a proper fill to match the already existing nails. Then the shellac was placed over them, but it flooded the nail too much so when it bonded, it was not a smooth finish. I could have ignored all of it, but the fact that she charged me $25 on top of the $360 European package I pre-paid for, and tax, AND a 10% covid fee…i just looked down at my nails like…yeah no not ok. I ended up walking out the door paying an extra $90.

Super friendly easy to talk to staff and very clean . Would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing , peaceful day . Their special touches are an added bonus . Debra even stayed longer to add on a service we didn’t book. She even had patience of a saint to touch up my smudged nails while she was trying to end her day . We will definitely be back . Unbelievably wonderful experience here! The ambiance was outstanding andfelaxing. Debra was THE BEST! She did my facial and pedicure. She was gentle, easy to talk to and very pleasant. There were 3 of us and Doreen the office manager did a lovely job of coordinating the different services we all had. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would!

Positive: QualityFirst I will say if your significant other is thoughtful enough to realize the pain it is to have to draw on your own eyebrows daily and so he buys you an appointment to have your brows done he is a keeper! Second, Doreen did an amazing job on my brows and I actually cried a bit later.If you want to have a fantastic massage in a super clean environment then this is the place to go. So relaxing and the staff is so cautious during these hard times. I go once a month for a monthly massage and I tell you I wish I could go more often because I leave there feeling great. Loved my facial. But my massage felt more like they were trying to kill time, it wasn’t that relaxing. My feet did not get rubbed at all, she pressed down on all my toes, which felt like a time killer.. It did nothing. As with my hands.

I had an awesome experience here getting facials before my wedding! I had never gotten a facial before, and it was pretty incredible. I tried several different services they offer, following their advice, and I really enjoyed better skin for that period of time. Plus, they were consistently nice and friendly, and the atmosphere there is very calming and beautiful. Now that I’ve moved to another state, I miss this place!

This is my 2nd time here…only because we live nearly an hour away. I have had plenty of massages in my life, and Debra is by far the best therapist Ive ever had. Not only that, this place is great from start to finish. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. My husband and I came for a couples massage and back treatment and could not have asked for a more amazing experience and place to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you! We will definitely be back.
