Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional and poor customer service, I went to Brandon to get my hair done and he did not do what I asked whatsoever. He made me a blonde when I only wanted sections of my hair lighter. I told him how unhappy I was with my hair and he refused to fix it or refund me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service, I went to Brandon to get my hair done and he did not do what I asked whatsoever. He made me a blonde when I only wanted sections of my hair lighter. I told him how unhappy I was with my hair and he refused to fix it or refund me. I have been going to Brandon for years and did not expect this poor customer service from him.
