No masks? 2 customers and 3 stylists with no mask on. Crazy to think with covid and license on the line. You would think people would be smarter. Never to return to this establishment ever ever ever….. stylists also said to my 14 yr old he can take his mask off if he wants. That seems like child endangerment to me!

Courtney was excellent. She advised me on the best look for the image I want to project in my business and delivered as promised. I’m the kind of guy that likes consistency in my hair stylists, and I’ve been looking for my new go-to person for several months. Thankfully I found Courtney. I highly recommend her for haircuts (men’s and boys) as well as beard trims. Very professional.

I got a great haircut here today. I was hesitant about trying it out because the 1 other bad review but I figured it was worth trying. When I walked in everyone was very friendly and it has a cool vibe going on inside. There was a wait so I asked if I could come back later. She put me on the list and I was able to knock out a quick errand next door. Talk about fantastic service! Ashley cut my hair and she did great. I explained what I was going for and she made it happen. I’m very particular about my hair cut and I’ve been trying to find someone new. Ashley clearly knew what she was doing and wasn’t a newbie. She also explained all the other girls were good and they would do a great job too. I’ll go back here for my next haircut and might even make it my regular go to spot. Awesome job Tune Up.

I was hesitant to get someone to trim my beard other than myself but I needed a haircut and trim for a wedding. Francisco was awesome! He knows how to do a fade correctly. Not once has anyone successfully faded my beard to my side burns until this time. I highly recommend Francisco. As for the shop, it was a nice atmosphere, I passed up on the lunch cocktail. Yes there are less expensive places to go, but it was worth the money even without the drink.

If you are looking for a reliable and fashoinbale stylist for a price that fits anyone budget, then Tune Up Salon is the go to for you. I went in and the first thing I notice is the clean interior very well kept. I signed in on the computer and nervous but with the calm setting my stress was eased, after about 5 min it was my turn here we go. So I express my worries to Traci my stylist and before I could even stress you could already see her love for hair, she told me how she has had so many styles being picky herself it’s hard to find someone to get her hair just right and I connected immediately. Traci talked to me the whole way through and it was fun I got to learn as well as learn her understanding of hair. Traci has been cutting hair I believe over ten years and it really shows, everything from her gently touch with no struggle, cut my hair as if she was putting on shoes in the morning, she used scissors and fixed the bird nest on my head and I have never loved my hair being cut so much more since my experience at Tune Up salon thank you hair team for all your hard work and great looking haircuts I look forward to another haircut.

Way too expensive for a cut you can get a sports clips for even cheaper. Kind of cool to get 2 free beers, but I wasn’t offered beer until my hair cut was finished. If you want a great $30 haircut with proper ambiance, go to Lu’s Barber shop if Main Street.

I was referred to Tune Up in Tomball by a friend of mine and decided to pop in today before I headed out of town for a business conference. I was greeted warmly with a smile and even enjoyed my time while waiting for Zulema to cut my hair. She was recommended and I’m glad I stopped by today because she did a great job. I might even look at joining their VIP program! Thanks ladies!

Was under the impression that appointments were taken. My husband and son got their haircuts a few months ago via appt. The lady on the phone said that they no longer take appointments. So I’m wondering how customers can see their requested stylist if there could be a two- three hour wait. I understand if there’s a wait and appointments are no longer excepted for the day. I know how salons work, I worked in one for years but to not be able to make appointments is a bit ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars, I would, only because Ashley with the pink hair was extremely rude and unprofessional to me and my wife. My wife came with me because she knows how I like the cut, and Ashley completely ignored her, talked over her, and was short and just plain mean. She did not even brush the hair off my face before putting on the hot towel. It was very haphazard and lazy, even when the other stylists seemed more than compentent and kind. When my wife tried to explain the haircut, Ashley cut her short and did not give me what I asked for…my wife was almost in tears when left because of how mean she treated her. My wife is from Mexico and speaks very good English but this lady treated her like trash, and I hate to think it was because of the color of her skin. We will not be going back because of this experience, which is a shame because the facilities and amenities are very nice. There must be a reason she works in a salon that only services men, so beware and make sure you book with anyone else.
