Brandon formally worked at LA Perfection opened Brandon Nails & Spa (located across from Irvington Bus Terminal). Specializing in artistic designs and beautiful eyelashes. Brand New tables & pedicure chairs. Lots more nail color selections like Perfect Match brands. Store will look brand new in upcoming weeks after renovations. Used to be Peter Nails aka Le Nails #2 now under new management by Brandon. Peter and his family are still working at this location along with more experienced Nail technicians. Come visit us!

I tend to refrain from bad reviews but I know this will save someone. I was greeted and informed by an older Asian man that I needed a fill-in. He said, “Okay, “do you want a pedicure?” I said, “No”. Two customers came in after me and were seated right away for the same service. I asked the same man why I was not seated right away and out of nowhere an obnoxious loud younger Asian man comes up and starts yelling about how he didn’t see me. I pointed out and got confirmation from the older Asian man and customer that I had been waiting. Customer service and decorum do not exist. Instead of him apologizing right away, he assumed I was going to get out of character like he did but absolutely not. He was extremely rude and speaking down to me instead of fixing his mistake. From watching his behaviors it looks like he is the owner. He has a vile sense of ownership but as mentioned before this place lacks class. I walked into kids running around, yelling, and other alarming behavior. My nails are decent. If you are a custom to an upscale establishment, please refrain from patronizing. If you need something open until 9 pm, bring headphones and park close. The location should have been a warning but I tried to give it a chance. Also, the swiftness of how they do pedicures are alarming. It’s worth paying the extra money to go somewhere with professionals and by appointment only.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this business to someone I know. My nails look so uneven design wise, there’s clumps of powder under my thumb, but if you look at the at the distance they’re okay, but up close you can see like black sting in my nail. Not only that there’s a two dollar charge to use card. Definitely disappointed in the money I spent here, especially to get my nails domes before graduation. She did not even give me the right design that I asked for! There’s a brown dot that is underneath the polish as well. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! (My nails vs what I asked for)

They do not value their customers. Lady was rude and rolling her eye when I asked her to correct her mistakes I will be taking my business else where. When I addressed my issue with the owner he did nothing to make his customer happy telling me that the lady did a good job. $40 down the drain. Might I add after she applied too and acrylic and then left me at her station to do another customers eyebrow. I saw where she was but when I talked to the owner he tells he spoke to her and she’s is in the bathroom with an upset stomach. Why lie I really don’t know. Just it was a very bad experience

Came back to reduce my rating down to 2 stars: I realized the nail tech didn’t even put the top coat fully onto my nail (see video of thumb in sunlight). Not only is there a bump (air bubble) on that nail but you can feel the texture difference and see the difference between the part with a top coat and the part without it. She rushed through the top coat segment too and was talking with her friends (who were all sitting down in the massage chairs). On top of that when I paid it took a moment to get my change back and when I politely said thank you and goodbye the way the workers were acting plus one guy I noticed who hovered around me throughout my visit and also went outside so that he could see me and a friend leave treated us like they were profiling us. I said bye to him too and he stared at me for a second before forcing a smile to say bye. I take note of that because when I spend money it’s not just the service that’s important but the customer service as well. I’m sure this would be a great place for others but for a first time this was not a good experience despite being excited that there were high ratings and don’t foresee myself returning.

I don’t usually post reviews. But this place has a very volatile owner. And ladies should be warned. Do not waste your time or money with this establishment. It all starts from the head. I received a gel manicure and the same day it started chipping. I returned a few days later when I had time to have the nails repaired. I was told to sit and wait. When I asked when I was going to be serviced. The owner, Brandon, became very rude, belligerent and loud. He was bothered that I had a complaint. A waste of my time and money. I just walked out. Never to return again. Save your money, time and energy. Go somewhere where you’ll be respected with good quality of service and products. Who has time for poor service and quality? Certainly not I. Pay attention to the reviews. Wish I would have checked them first.

I want to give 5 stars but I’ve never received their eyebrow services (I have a different lady) and also it’s a little unorganized in there. I’ve never left unsatisfied though! For pedicures, the ladies on the right typically do better and for manicures I ALWAYS ask for Kevin! He’s very nice and alluring, and does amazing work! Always gives me what I ask for or more!
