I’m very disappointed with their Botox. I spend over $700 and it starts wearing off in 6 weeks. I’ve had to go back twice after I already told them to freeze. I found it a waste of money. Other than the Botox, I love Dr. Tobon and Kyle. They are knowledgeable and very nice!!

My recent visit was my second to Brandon Dermatology, the first was in 2018. My personal experience both times was nothing short of outstanding. I was able to get an appointment three days after the day that I called. When I arrived for a 1:30 appointment ( I was told this was the first time after lunch), I was the only patient in the waiting room. I waited at most two minutes to be greeted by a nurse and taken to an exam room.

They billed my insurance company using the wrong code which required me to pay an additional $137.00 above my co-pay at check out. The next day I called my insurance company and they said I shouldn’t have been charged anything above my co-pay. Brandon Dermatology used the wrong code when they submitted it the insurance company. Now I have to wait for it to be resubmitted before I can get reimbursed.

Felt like a number today. What number you ask? The cost of an office visit. My first visit was great. They listened to my concerns & took care of them. Today, the 6-week follow-up visit, nothing was done. I was prepared for 2removals/surgeries. Nothing was done.
