I’ve have been in this shop twice in the last few weeks the first time for myself, Keagan did a beautiful memorial piece for me. The second today with my sons girlfriend who had a spine tattoo done by Brandon. Both experiences were wonderful. The artists are friendly and welcoming & the shop is very clean! I had a few tattoos done here and made another appointment to get more work done, when I was still at the shop. I put down a $50 deposit that they required, and they didn’t have me sign any paperwork proving I put money down. Well they only had one appointment available, at the time so I took the time slot and told one of the owners: Brandon, I may have to cancel this appointment, as I have to check my schedule. He said that would be fine and my deposit would move to the new date if I had to reschedule. I ended up finding out I was pregnant, 2 weeks before my appointment so I told the owner Brittany and she said that was okay, and we could reschedule after I had the baby. Fast forward to after having the baby, and scheduling the appointment, two days before I get a message with some ideas for my tattoo. I said what I liked, and what I didn’t like and she made a tattoo on her computer, it was nothing like the others I had sent her so I told her I didn’t like it very much, and I wish it looked more feminine. She replied and said I could cancel my appointment then, and that she doesn’t get paid to take time to draw up a tattoo. Isn’t that what artists get paid for? RUDE BUSINESS!

Got my first tattoo yesterday, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Clean, sanitary and the staff were friendly and professional. It was actually a fun experience. The tattoo was perfect and exactly what I wanted. They spend time making sure you get what you want.

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would. A truly enjoyable first tattoo experience from start to finish. Great camaraderie among the group. Keagan was just a fantastic tattoo artist taking his time to explain all aspects of my tattoo to ensure that the outcome was what I wanted. Highly, highly recommended. Will definitely return. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here☹️. I did research, read Brittany’s reviews and looked at her work prior to going to the shop in early November, 22. She was working on someone else but a nice guy talked to me about what I wanted and she peeked over and participated in the conversation. We then had a conversation over fb messenger about what I wanted (2 watercolor reworks 1st) and then some new designs next. I came back to the shop 2 deliver deposit and she was with someone else again so same guy took money and pictures while she paid brief attention. 6 weeks later (last week) I get a fb message from Brittany “sorry, I know this sux but I need to cancel our appointment. What you want done isn’t what I usually work on”. I feel frustrated for the lost 6 weeks I wasted and angry as to why she couldn’t have atleast suggested someone else in the shop could do it or at bare minimum, given 5 minutes of her undivided attention. Parts of her “sorry” message were confusing and based on a false understanding of the circumstances. She did refund my deposit but I still feel dumped and I know if I treated a customer at my work like that I would have been in trouble! Not good customer service, in my opinion.
