I will never go back here! I came to get a retie for my sisterlocks (3 on time regular appointments!)and now a few of my locks have holes. I have been sisterlocked for 2yrs and never had this issue until I came here. My regular certified lock consultant was down for 3 months and I really thought the certified trainee was going to do it now I regret it!

I found brand new image on Google when I put in Black stylist in Murfreesboro and this shop works with natural hair. I have tension alopecia and Keondra told me that this was not uncommon and that we could get the hair growth to begin. She said that my hair needed to get healthy before we can consider a style. The service that I received today was outstanding. I have three wigs that I am currently wearing and he styled all three of them so that they would fit my face. I have my next appointment in March and I can’t wait to go to that one.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent to get my daughter a protein treatment and a silk press for a trim ended getting talked into a regular shampoo and conditioner then my daughters hair braided. She started crying as soon as she started washing her hair because she didn’t have her high enough for the bowl so her neck and head was being pulled into the bowl and while braiding her hair that hasn’t even lasted 4 days and already falling out and buns coming down she cried the entire time she rushed and didn’t care about the comfort of my child. And as for the hair cutting who knows what it looks like. She just grabbed some ends and cut here and there I’m scared to see what it looks like when I take her hair down. I showed Sabrina exactly the style I wanted and she did the complete opposite. And she tried to convinced me it looked like the picture! I could have went to the Africans and gotten a perfect result but she told me she could do the Yarn Locs. My hair is a disaster and it haven’t even been 12 hours, it’s already unraveling. Not to mention I drove over an hour to see her! I am disappointed in myself for even trusting her! I went in for a professional hairstyle and received a hood couch job! Pissed!
