I love coming here but I have noticed when they are full of people of NOT color it’s a rushed job and I feel uneasy. I asked for my nails to be a specific way and I am waiting with a pedicure and my nails not done because the gentleman did not want to listen to how I want my nails. I was under the assumption my money spends just as well as PEOPLE OF NOT COLOR and I was treated worse than a person in the 1880s. So sad unfortunately I will probably never come back and I really enjoyed this place. Surprisingly when asked if I can wait they had no problem but everybody has “clients”. So sad and I frequent here often with my daughter. Bad taste

Been here several of times, disappointed this time. How are you a nail tech and can’t tell the difference between an overlay on real nails and plastic nails Tech cut two nails off and put tips. I kept telling them that I didn’t have acrylic nails. Then the polish job is trash, I got cat eyes and can’t even see the design. I most definitely won’t be back. Was charged for the tips that I didn’t want, I’m really upset that she cut my nails off. Then look at me like I don’t know what I have on my fingers. Last visit I hated to pay but that’s the last of my hard earned money spent with them! They always do a great job on pedicures tho!

I came in there on a Friday. Got a full set of acrylic nails, Gel at that cause they say it last longer. I had to go back the very next day and get 4 of my nails fix cause the paint started chipping off, 2 days later a nail breaks randomly, and 2 of the 4 nails I got replaced started chipping again. I paid them 50$ plus 10$ tip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Service is awful.

Don’t make an Appointment they won’t honor it!! I walked in for my appointment that I’ve been waiting for all day and you could tell he just started on somebody else’s nails. Probably within the last five minutes. That’s terrible customer service! I guess I don’t need my business UPDATE – I went back several months later and they did an awful job of my nails and were rude. In addition to that my mother-in-law had a gift certificate that they hide a tiny little expiration date on and they wouldn’t honor it. WHY WE PAID YOU.. 3 STRIKES

Decided to try somewhere new. Technicians were nice, didn’t talk much or try to be personal. I am disappointed. Felt rushed through. Nail polish on the cuticles. Prefers cash and charges a $1 for using debit cards. I understand tipping in cash but fees for using card is tacky.
