Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI am from Michigan and was recently vacationing in Kentucky where I was referred to Bridgette for hair coloring services. She not only made time to fit me in based on my vacation schedule, but did an absolutely amazing job on my hair! She was very friendly, professional, and took the time to know just exactly what I wanted. I showed her multiple pictures of colors and cuts I liked, one of which I loved but thought I could never have…I have naturally dark hair, but I am in love with the ashy/grey blonde highlights! I feel she listened to my wants and assured me it was possible, but would be a process. My hair was not in the best of shape when I started, but she took the time to ensure there was no additional damage to my hair with her knowledge/skills and quality products. Needless to say my hair turned out amazing and surpassed my expectations and I love the cut. At the end she shared some tips and products she would recommend to keep my hair looking beautiful! I will definitely be traveling the six hours from Michigan to Kentucky every few months to have Bridgette do my hair! I am from Michigan and was recently vacationing in Kentucky where I was referred to Bridgette for hair coloring services. She not only made time to fit me in based on my vacation schedule, but did an absolutely amazing job on my hair! She was very friendly, professional, and took the time to know just exactly what I wanted. She has a great skill for selecting the most complimentary shade. I have been happy EVERY time I’ve seen her. I couldn’t be more pleased. Having been, in the past, to several “high end” salons for help with my graying and mixed-texture hair, I confidently recommend Bridgette for hair coloring and styling. She has a great skill for selecting the most complimentary shade. I have been happy EVERY time I’ve seen her. I couldn’t be more pleased. Her salon is a bit of a drive for me, but I will gladly make it!

She was never satisfied when she got it done and all she would talk about afterwards was how much she couldn’t wait to get it fixed. As you can imagine this was a very expensive, stressful and delicate situation we were dealing with. She had tried what I felt like, every hair salon east of the Mississippi, sometimes driving hours just to try a new one. Then we found Branches Salon! We arrived to her reservation and showed Bridgette photos of how My fiancé wanted her hair to look and she listened for every single detail. My fiancé was impressed and very happy with Bridgettes work and expertise as the results exceeded her expectations and every detail explained was fulfilled. Now she doesn’t want anyone but Bridgette to touch her hair. Finding Bridgette was such a blessing, not only is she an exceptional stylist she’s a very special human being..so uplifting, kind and caring. She’s also a wonderful teacher sharing her expertise so my fiancé can make her hair look it’s best in between cuts (which I love!!!) I’d give her 10 stars if I could. She was never satisfied when she got it done and all she would talk about afterwards was how much she couldn’t wait to get it fixed. As you can imagine this was a very expensive, stressful and delicate situation we were dealing with.
