I’ve beem going to Spirit Wellness for occasional therapeutic massage for several years now, seeing Catie and Kara and a couple other therapists who have worked there in the past. 5-stars, hands down. Professional, GREAT body work, accommodating for scheduling with appointments available weekdays, evenings, and weekends. And they are very good at “holding space” and being present as the massage relieves tensions both physically and emotionally. Important to have the safe space if emotions or memories get stirred up on he table.

I started going to spirit wellness when Kara came over from another business. I still do go to rhat other business occasionally so it is nothing against the other place but once you find that right person (for me atleast) i stick with that person. Kara is great and listens and is amazing. Does just the right amount of pressure and sometimes works on kinks i have that i didn’t even mention.
