Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the second location I have been to as a client of Fran. neither this location or the one before it were kept clean! it’s always filthy! hair blowing around, hair on the floor, stinky garbage in the room! Unsanitary !!! I never receive a set price! they base the price off of how much hair you have on your head! I feel as if they discriminate if you have a head full of hair! she braid so tight they pulled out my edges! On two separate occasions I had an appointment and showed up & Fran proceeded to argue with me about the price & thickness of my hair! I left without getting my services on another occasion the lady assisting her did my crochet horribly! I had her take it down after an altercation! then Fran refused to do my hair to make up for it! and I made the appointment with Fran initially!!! I had an event in a few hours and had to scramble to find someone to do two French braids which Fran refused! this place has horrible customer service I will never return! twice, because I believe in giving second chances, I have been to the shop for an appointment, got there Fran was argumentative so I left ! without my hair braided! very rude deceptive manipulative unprofessional bitter business!!!!!!! This is the second location I have been to as a client of Fran. neither this location or the one before it were kept clean! it’s always filthy! hair blowing around, hair on the floor, stinky garbage in the room!
